If a cancellation request is submitted before 23:59, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 23:59 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Kindly ensure that you carry a valid ID proof or passport with you during this activity, as it is required for verification purposes. Transfers (if selected) for this activity are provided from select areas within Abu Dhabi city center only. For the safety and well-being of all participants, please be informed that pregnant ladies, individuals with heart problems, and those with other sensitive ailments will not be permitted to partake in this activity. We kindly request that parents or guardians assume full responsibility and supervision for any children participating in the safari and excursions. To maintain a comfortable and safe environment for all, smoking and alcohol consumption, as well as the carrying of such substances, are strictly prohibited in all vehicles during the duration of this activity. In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, government-imposed restrictions, or any similar circumstances, the supplier reserves the right to cancel or modify the activity. Rest assured, you will be promptly informed in advance should any changes occur. Lastly, please note that children are only allowed to enjoy the desert safari portion of this activity and will be charged accordingly. Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services. Participation in the Dune Buggy ride is not permitted for children below 18 years of age.
