After arriving in Iceland, I quickly found a bus and arrived at the BSI terminal with ease! The vehicle was in good condition. You can walk from BSI to your accommodation (in downtown Reykjavik)! No need to spend a fortune on transfers! You can walk everywhere in about 20 minutes.★

There were too few customer service representatives, and it was often difficult to get in touch. When I did manage to reach them, things were relatively smooth. The local company's receptionist was incompetent; if I hadn't been closely following the pilot, I might not have been able to board. The scenery and flight experience were quite good.
