This was my first time in Bali, and I especially want to commend the customer service representative for recommending so many unique Balinese attractions. She was incredibly helpful, adding us to the group chat promptly and replying to messages super fast! The local driver we contacted spoke English and picked us up around 2 PM, driving us for three hours to Lovina for our boat trip. Although we had to get up early, the sunrise from the boat was breathtaking, and we actually saw a lot of dolphins. It's definitely worth the trip and I highly recommend it.★

At all stages, we were met and escorted by driver guides, we were shown the most beautiful locations of the island, and there was even time for lunch at a restaurant where we tasted traditional dishes. We set off a little late this morning and drifted at sea for half an hour without seeing any dolphins. The captain told us not to panic, we were sure we would see them. A little while later, sure enough, we saw a group of dolphins surfacing. We chased after them wherever they swam, and it was such a pleasant surprise! Dolphins definitely come out to feed. The customer service gave the driver the information the night before, and the driver was waiting on time. We were a bit slow, which is why we were late, but luckily we caught up with them. We also booked other tours through this company, and they were really great.★

Excellent trip with our tour guide Nyoman, on time pick up and comfortable car. Nyoman was a very knowledgeable guide who gave us lots of fascinating insights into Balinese culture and history, he was also very patient when we wanted to dwell a little longer at places. The trip itinerary was also full of exciting highlights especially the monkey forest and the temple. Definitely recommended!
