How to use
Important information
IMPORTANT: The MEETING POINT is at My Top Tour Tickets Office: Paseo de la Sabika nº32, next to Hotel Guadalupe.
You don't have to worry about printing the files, you can show them directly from your mobile device.
IMPORTANT: Don't forget to bring your valid passport or ID card as they are required at the monument entrances.
The selected time is for the start of the visit, not for access to the Nasrid Palaces. You can start the visit at the Generalife, Alcazaba or Charles V Palace.
IMPORTANT: We recommend arriving at the pick-up point around 30 minutes before the start time EXCEPT if your visit is at 8:30, in which case we recommend arriving around 10 minutes before.
When you collect your audioguide device, you will be asked to leave a deposit of 50 euros. This deposit will be returned to you once you return the device, after checking that it is in perfect condition.
-The opening hours of My Top Tour Tickets Office are as follows: From 1 April to 14 October from 8.15am to 8.30pm and from 15 October to 31 March from 8.15am to 6.30pm.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
