Travel Guidelines and Service Guarantee
1. The itinerary offers options for either bus tours, 2-8 person small group tours, or private tours (visitors can select their preferred travel style when making a booking according to their request).
2. Bus tour: A dedicated guide will provide thoughtful services on the bus, including explaining precautions, local culture, and recommending local specialties and snacks. We guarantee no shopping stops and absolutely no forced consumption. If the guide takes you to a shopping store or forces consumption, we will compensate you 1,000 CNY immediately.
3. Small Group of 2-8 People: A truly small group with no more than 8 people per vehicle. If a single group exceeds 8 people, it will be directly upgraded to a private tour (vehicle arrangements will be made based on the number of people). Private Tour: Enjoy more flexible timing and itinerary, with adjustable attractions as needed. You decide the departure time.
4. Small groups of 2-8 people and private tours: No separate guide will be arranged, only a driver who also serves as a guide. We guarantee no shopping stops, no forced consumption, and no onboard promotions! If we fail to keep this promise, we will compensate you 1000 CNY immediately.
Friendly reminder
1. The pick-up time may be adjusted according to the visitors' hotel locations on the day. The specific pick-up time will be confirmed by the guide the evening before the tour.
2. If beyond the designated area, please follow the driver's instructions to wait at the nearest meeting point. Some hotels cannot provide direct door-to-door pick-up service. The exact pick-up point will be confirmed by the driver.
3. During summer holidays and peak travel periods, the departure time may be earlier than usual due to factors such as long queues of travelers and traffic congestion. The exact time will be confirmed by the guide.
