Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 01:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 01:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

At departure date safari guide will contact you in morning around 12 pm for exact pickup time.

For your convenience, we provide free pickup and drop-off services from hotels, residences, and selected locations across Dubai and Sharjah. Pickup is usually scheduled between 2:00 PM – 2:20 PM, depending on your location, and our team will confirm the exact timing one day before your tour. Travelers are kindly requested to be ready in the hotel lobby or at the designated meeting point at the given time. For those staying outside the city or in distant locations, we can arrange pickup from a central meeting point in Dubai (extra charges may apply for remote areas).
