• eSIM supports only a single download and installation. Do not transfer, cancel, or delete it; if an error occurs during installation, contact customer service for assistance.
• When using the eSIM outside the UK, make sure data roaming is enabled.
• If you are unable to make calls, please make sure that VoLTE is enabled on your phone to ensure normal voice calls.
• Once the eSIM is successfully activated, the system will automatically send an SMS notifying you of the eSIM phone number; no manual check is required. To check your phone number or remaining data again, send “check” to 10086.
• Internet speed may vary depending on the local carrier, terrain, buildings, crowd, or weather. If 5G is not supported locally, the system will automatically switch to 4G/LTE.
