
Inclusions: 1) Vehicle: car fee, fuel cost, toll fees, personal vehicle insurance;
2) Driver-guide: One Chinese driver-guide service/vehicle (gratuities, meal allowance, basic onboard introduction/recommendations);
3. Service: Full-day private charter service for 10 hours (normally 09:00-19:00), or half-day private charter service for 5 hours.
Exclusions: 1) Personal expenses (food, beverages, accommodation, and admission tickets are not included);
2) Same-day private charter overtime:
For 5-seater comfort/7-seater business vehicles, a cash payment of NZD 100 per vehicle per hr applies; for 7-seater luxury vehicles, NZD 110 per vehicle per hr; and for 12-seater vehicles, NZD 120 per vehicle per hr (rounded up to the nearest hour if usage exceeds partial hours).
3) Overseas travel insurance (If departing from China, it is strongly recommended to purchase outbound travel insurance domestically before departure; if departing from a third country, purchase it locally in that country). When clients do not make a specific request, it will be assumed that they have confirmed purchasing their own travel insurance. Our company is not responsible for any consequences resulting from travelers not purchasing travel insurance.
4) Nighttime service is available after 22:00, with an additional cash payment of NZ$60 per hour required for nighttime usage.
Booking Information
1. Private tour with no shared transfer, hotel pick-up time can be negotiated.
2. Discount policy: One child safety seat is provided for free; Note: According to local regulations, children aged 6 and under must use a child safety seat and cannot be held in arms. If traveling with children, please specify the number and ages in the remarks; An additional fee of 100 CNY per day applies for a second child safety seat.
3. Insurance Note: Customers need to purchase overseas insurance themselves, and all service vehicles are covered by commercial vehicle insurance.
4. If the customer is late or fails to attend the trip due to personal reasons, it will be considered as voluntary abandonment of the trip, and no cancellation or refund requests will be accepted on these grounds.
5. Itinerary Adjustment: This itinerary may be subject to temporary changes or suspensions due to weather, strikes, safety concerns, or other factors. Your cooperation is appreciated.
6. If guests voluntarily abandon the itinerary during the trip due to personal reasons, they will be responsible for any personal safety issues and additional expenses incurred, and no refund will be provided for the itinerary fees.
