- Performance Time: 19:40-20:35 (Arrival 40 minutes prior required)
- Venue: No. 82 Beishan Road, Xihu District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province (opposite Yuewang Temple)
- Admission Method: Before the performance begins, the system will send you a text message starting with "Impression West Lake" to your registered mobile number. Please scan the QR code in the message to enter the venue.
- Booking Notice: No refunds or exchanges will be granted after a successful booking. Please plan your time accordingly.
- Rainy Day Performance: The show will proceed as scheduled during rain, with covered seating available for the audience. In the event of cancellation due to force majeure such as typhoons, we will promptly notify you to arrange for rescheduling or ticket refunds.
Option 2: Show Ticket + Private Round-Trip Transfer (Hangzhou City Area)
Ideal for travelers seeking hassle-free arrangements. Includes show tickets and round-trip private transfers from Hangzhou city center. Itinerary as follows:
- Around 18:00: Depart on time from downtown Hangzhou to the West Lake scenic area.
- 19:40-20:35: Watch the "Impression West Lake" grand outdoor performance. Directed by the renowned "Iron Triangle" team of Zhang Yimou, Wang Chaoge, and Fan Yue, this spectacular show combines Hangzhou's West Lake natural scenery with historical cultural heritage. Drawing inspiration from classic love stories like Xu Xian and Lady White Snake, and Liang Shanbo and Zhu Yingtai, it presents a dreamlike night view of West Lake.
- After the performance concludes, the private vehicle will return you to downtown Hangzhou, marking the end of an evening filled with artistic and natural beauty.

1. Foreign visitors must present their passports, Hong Kong and Macau visitors should use their Home Return Permits, and Taiwan visitors must present their Taiwan Compatriot Permits. Please ensure the correct document number is provided, as incorrect numbers will result in denied entry to the attraction!
2. This ticket requires a secondary reservation. During peak seasons or holidays when tickets are in high demand, we will make every effort to secure tickets for you. If tickets cannot be booked, you may request a reschedule or apply for a refund. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

4. After successful reservation, please locate the reservation voucher QR code on your order details page. Bring the valid ID you provided (such as passport, Home Return Permit, or Taiwan Compatriot Permit) to the manual ticket counter at the Impression West Lake scenic area to exchange for a physical ticket, which will grant you entry to the performance.
