- Entry Method: Before the performance begins, the ticketing system will send a text message starting with "Impression West Lake" to the mobile number you provided. Scan the QR code in the message to enter the venue.
- Booking Policy: All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Please plan your schedule accordingly.
- Rain Policy: Performances continue as scheduled on rainy days. The audience area is equipped with rain cover. If a performance is canceled due to typhoons or other force majeure events, we will notify you promptly to arrange a new date or refund.
Option 2: Show Ticket + Round-Trip Private Transfer (Downtown Hangzhou)
Perfect for travelers who want a hassle-free experience. Includes show ticket and private vehicle transfer to and from downtown Hangzhou.
Itinerary:
- Around 6:00 PM: Prompt departure from your downtown Hangzhou location, heading to West Lake scenic area.
- 7:40 PM – 8:35 PM: Watch Enduring Memories of Hangzhou, a large-scale open-air landscape performance. Directed by the renowned "iron triangle" of Zhang Yimou, Wang Chaoge, and Fan Yue, the show seamlessly blends West Lake's natural scenery with its historical and cultural heritage. Drawing inspiration from timeless love stories such as Xu Xian and the White Snake, and Liang Shanbo and Zhu Yingtai, it presents a dreamlike night view of West Lake.
- After the show: Your private vehicle will return you to downtown Hangzhou, concluding an evening of art and natural beauty.
