I booked this tour through Trip.com and honestly, it was much better than I expected. Everything was very well organized from start to finish. The service was excellent, the tour guide Nurshan was a very helpful and professional lady, and the lunch was also really good. The whole experience was smooth, enjoyable, and great value for money. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Baku.

We were satisfied with the overall itinerary and service (especially after participating in some other overseas day tours). We found the tour guide to be polite, patient, and articulate, switching between English and Turkish to give explanations. He also kindly provided each of us with a bottle of water (a privilege not offered on tours in Georgia). When we got off the bus, he even stopped it at a location closer to our hotel.
