Bruce made sure everyone was comfortable, informed, and enjoying the experience, which made the tour run smoothly from start to finish.

Frank was a very good guide—friendly, knowledgeable, and proactive. At one of the destinations, he even gave a tour highlighting important points of interest for anyone who wanted to join. The tour timings were generally good, a little tight but fine. I think the best decision was to do the two-site tour so as not to cram everything in too much.
