He explained everything clearly, shared interesting stories, and always made sure we were comfortable and enjoying the trip. Thanks to Nam, our visit to Ba Na Hills was not only beautiful but also stress-free and fun. I highly recommend this tour and especially guide Nam to anyone planning to visit Da Nang. There was nothing wrong with the itinerary, lunch and tour guide, but the attractions in Hue were really lacking. The Imperial City was not even a poor man's version of the Forbidden City. Maybe Vietnam is just a country of this size.

I really enjoyed the small group, which was very consistent and didn't linger. Our guide, Vi, spoke very good English and was very informative. We didn't quite have enough time in the imperial palace; I would have liked more free time. The drive was long, plus we were picked up later than scheduled and arrived a little early, which made it feel like we didn't have enough time in Hue itself. Everything else was wonderful.
