You will receive an e-mail from Ticketmaster with instructions on how to redeem your voucher and receive your tickets. You will need to present the tickets on your phone at the entrance

 

Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of your tour

 

Please wait in the box office lobby for the tour guide who will scan your ticket

 

Some areas of the theatre may be restricted based on performance schedules

 

You can check your bags and coats, backpacks and large bags are not allowed

 

Children under 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult

 

Student and military must bring a valid photo ID

 

No animals, except service animals

 

Video cameras, monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, audio recording devices and professional cameras (those including telephoto or zoom lenses) are not permitted inside the Chicago Theatre.
