Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 5 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

Drive to the meeting point: Heliworks Queenstown Helicopter Flights Grant Road, Frankton, Queenstown. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Do not be late!
Tour schedule
20-minute flight over Mount Remarkable: 10:00 AM, 1:45 PM
30-minute Queenstown snow experience: 9:00 AM, 4:00 PM
50-minute glacier tour: 10:30 AM, 2:45 PM
The landing experience duration is approximately 10–15 minutes. As it is easily affected by weather and route conditions, the time is for reference only. Please refer to the actual duration.
