[New Updated] Ho Chi Minh Airport Operation Policy (Same Every Company)
Due to the recent surge in fast-track passengers,
fast-track lines have also become significantly congested.
According to official guidelines from Ho Chi Minh City Airport,
lines and prices have been adjusted to maintain the quality of fast-track service and minimize wait times.
Immigrant Fast Track
- Standard Fast Track
Line: Line 4 (Use standard line)
※ Queues may also form in the fast-track line, and wait times of up to 30-40 minutes may be expected depending on congestion.
- Premium Fast Track
Line: Current Lines 2 and 3
Changed Line: Priority Immigration Line
These fast-track line and price adjustments are intended to:
1. Improve the fast-track experience
2. Reduce congestion in the dedicated line
3. Provide effective fast-track service
4. Maintain normal airport order
These measures address the four key objectives outlined above.

1. After landing, proceed to the international airport terminal.
2. Meet with the staff holding the sign with the “Round Plus” sign at the arrival hall (please refer to the photo).
3. Proceed with immigration clearance through VIP service as guided by the staff.
4. Once the customer has been handed over to the immigration officer during arrival, our staff cannot enter that line.

Please leave your messenger ID, and we will contact you !
1. Please meet at the designated meeting point at least 2 hours (at least 1 and a half hours if customers book a premium package) before departure time. **Please make sure to leave your WhatsApp number / LINE Link / KakaoTalk ID, and we'll contact you prior to your departure. Please do not put LINE ID cause we may not find your Line account.
2. Customers go to the airline and check in first by themselves and message us on their way to the meeting point, then our staff will be there soon to meet them (we will come quickly, please wait for us). Our staff will hold the sign with the “Round Plus” sign (please refer to the photo).
3. Customers must contact us before the Date of use for the meeting time confirmation. If customers are running late or early, they must inform us before heading to the airport.
4. Once the customer has been handed over to the immigration officer during departure, our staff cannot enter that line.
