Precautions
1. We cannot guarantee whale sightings as this wildlife tour relies on marine life in its natural habitat. Whale watching may also be affected by adverse weather conditions;
2. If you do not see whales during your tour, you can book a second tour for free (subject to availability of the next tour);
3. Please note that smoking (including e-cigarettes) is prohibited at any time during the trip, and the use of drones is also prohibited.
4. Please note that the weather in the Arctic can be very bad, and you may experience seasickness. If you have this concern, please take precautions. Seasickness medication is not sold on board during the trip.
5. Pets are not allowed;
6. Dress according to the season and weather conditions (e.g., warm shoes, hat, scarf, gloves, layering).
7. You may bring your own binoculars and camera (optional);
8. Due to frequent tidal changes, boarding and disembarking for wheelchair users is more challenging. This requires wheelchair users to be able to walk on and off the ship independently, and to navigate stairs. Our crew will assist passengers and wheelchair users with safe boarding (the same applies to infant).
9. If you are bringing a wheelchair or similar mobility aid, please email your booking number to inform us so we can notify the crew of your arrival. We recommend that passengers with mobility impairments arrive at the meeting point well in advance of departure.
