If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

Accessibility:
- Wheelchair accessible bus
- If you require a wheelchair lift, you must provide notification 72 hours prior to the date of travel. All buses with lift equipment are subject to availability
- Service dogs are allowed to travel with the correct and current paperwork
- Small oxygen tanks are allowed

- Skywalk, helicopter and boat rides are available for an additional cost only at check-in:
- Skywalk tickets are available at $30.00 per person
- Helicopter Landing rides are available at $269.00 per person

- All motorcoaches are DOT certified and are able to kneel to curb height
- All reservations must be confirmed 24 - 48 hours prior to travel date
- If an item has not been listed please verify prior to boarding
