Boating Matters
Guests are required to bring their personal belongings (swimwear, sunscreen, hats, sunglasses, valuables, etc.). The hotel will not be responsible for any loss of valuables.
When swimming in the sea, everyone must wear a life jacket, avoid swimming too far to prevent danger;
Smoking is prohibited on the yacht.
Protect the marine environment and do not throw garbage into the sea.
After getting out of the seawater, guests must first rinse with fresh water at the stern of the boat, dry themselves with a bath towel, and then enter the cabin. Otherwise, the seawater may corrode the floor, and water droplets can cause slipping, increasing the risk of personal falls.
The yacht is equipped with an electric toilet. Please flush after use. To prevent clogging, kindly dispose of tissues and other waste in the trash bin. Do not throw them directly into the electric toilet to avoid unnecessary damage and repair costs for customers.
Booking Information
1. The total number of passengers cannot exceed the maximum capacity (infants also occupy seats)
2. Please contact sales to confirm the sailing schedule before making a reservation to avoid any impact on your travel plans.
3. Yacht reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit, and the remaining balance must be paid in full before boarding.
4. If the sea trip is canceled due to force majeure factors such as weather, it can be rescheduled or the prepayment can be refunded. No prepayment refund will be provided if the cancellation is due to the customer's own reasons.
5. All passengers must carry the original valid ID.
