You'll be picked up from your hotel in Warsaw city centre. Please provide your hotel address at check-out.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

  • NOTE: the museum requires the name and surname of every guest for entry, please add this additional information at checkout
  • Providing with the wrong name and surname will prevent the customers from entering the Museum
