How to use
After booking confirmation, we will send you an e-ticket. Please arrive at the ticket redemption counter at least 30 minutes in advance and present the e-ticket to complete the boarding procedures.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 7 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 10% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 7 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

Please note: If the Camilla is affected by tides on the day, the boat may run aground due to its large size, and the itinerary may not be able to proceed to Hill Inlet Lookout. If it's not possible to go to Hill Inlet Lookout, the captain will take everyone to the southern end of Whitehaven Beach for sightseeing and activities. No refunds will be provided in this situation. Thank you for your understanding!

For any guests who wish to snorkel from Camira to the reef edge, you must have sufficient swimming ability as no flotation devices are available.
