Please approach the guide at Gate 1, who will direct you to the departure point of the ship. Please arrive at least 20 minutes before departure.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

A fee of 50% will be charged for cancellations requested before 12:00 on the day of date of use.

A fee of 100% will be charged for cancellations requested after 12:00 on the day of date of use.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
