How to use
Board your boat at Dock #11 at the Elizabeth Bridge, on the Pest-side. Look for the "Silverline" logo. Please arrive 30 minutes before the departure time.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
Not suitable for:
- Unfortunately, this cruise is not wheelchair accessible
Not allowed:
- Guests must be at least 18 years old to consume alcohol
- Passengers may not be allowed to board if they appear intoxicated upon arrival
- Bringing your own food and drinks aboard the ship
Know in advance:
- Please note that the boat has a smart casual dress code
- Dinner includes 4 courses: amuse-bouche, soup, main course, dessert
- Your ticket includes 1 welcome drink per person, any additional drink can be purchased on board from an à la carte menu
- The ticket does not include drinks. Drinks can be purchased on the boat with cash (accepted currencies: EUR/HUF) or card
- In case of hazardous weather circumstances, unforeseen events or technical issues the local operator reserves the right to cancel cruises
- Program duration is 2.5 hours. After boarding, the boat remains in the dock for the first half an hour, then goes for 2 hours cruising on the Danube
