If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

- Tours last 75 minutes, except for March, April, and November, where tours run 60 minutes
- This tour is only available in English
- Please note that upper decks are open-aired
- Restrooms are located on the boat's lower deck, and can only be accessible by stairs
