For arrival in Vietnam, I booked a fast track service for about 400-500 baht. The wait time was approximately 50 minutes. It seemed like many agencies handle bookings, but ultimately, everyone converges at one location. The immigration line was usually very long, with multiple rounds of queues. I timed it, and immigration took about 30 seconds to 1 minute per tourist, no more than that. I don't understand why it was so slow. For departure from Vietnam, I didn't buy a fast track pass. The check-in queue with the airline took about 50 minutes, then 45 minutes for immigration stamping, and the final step, baggage scanning, took another 40 minutes. In total, the entire departure process took about 2 hours. Therefore, you should arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before boarding time, especially with Vietjet, which is very busy and causes significant check-in delays.★

Excellent communication with clear instructions and took the stress out of arriving to Noi Bai airport. A well organised & speedy team who were able to answer all my questions regarding arrival as we were travelling with children. We completed immigration procedures so fast our luggage hadn't even come out on the carousel yet. Highly recommend this service!★

Bought the pass for both arrival and departure at Hanoi. Heard that arrival usually takes up to 2hrs but it was alright when I arrived but departure queues were wayyyyyy too long even up till security checks. I'm so glad I got this pass to skip all the queues.★

We went on January 3rd, which was still during the New Year period. We arrived in the morning and waited about 10-15 minutes to get through immigration. Finding the person picking you up was easy; just look for the sign where you bought the ticket and show them your name, and you can get into the quick immigration queue. However, even without using the fast pass, it didn't take that long. On the return trip, we tried not using the fast pass and waited about 40 minutes. If you want to save time for your trip, I recommend buying tickets for both the outbound and return journeys; there's no need to rush.★

Absolutely excellent service! The VIP Fast Track at Tan Son Nhat Airport was a lifesaver after a long flight. From the moment we landed, staff were waiting and guided us through immigration smoothly and professionally. We skipped the long queues and cleared immigration in just a few minutes. The whole process was exactly as described, very well organized, and super easy to book. Staff were friendly, efficient, and made the arrival experience completely stress-free.
