Excellent communication with clear instructions and took the stress out of arriving to Noi Bai airport. A well organised & speedy team who were able to answer all my questions regarding arrival as we were travelling with children. When I traveled to Vietnam with a friend, I absolutely had to book the fast track. I didn't know about other things, but I made a reservation because I thought I had to do this. No matter how much I thought about it, it was so amazing and convenient to pass through the airport without waiting!! Bought the pass for both arrival and departure at Hanoi. Heard that arrival usually takes up to 2hrs but it was alright when I arrived but departure queues were wayyyyyy too long even up till security checks. I'm so glad I got this pass to skip all the queues.
