The Biscayne Bay Boat Tour departs from Bayside Marketplace at Pier #5. The exact address is 401 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33132. The check-in is at PIER #5 at the BAYRIDE ticket booth, which is at the back left of Bayside, behind the Victoria Secret store. You will see our boats - BAYRIDE, BAYBREEZE, and ISLAND WIND docked behind Victoria Secret.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Important note

Tour goes out rain or shine. If cancellation is due to severe weather, then a full refund will be issued
Check-in is 40 minutes before the departure time with valid government-issued photo identification
