The guide was very knowledgeable and patient. The minibus was very comfortable. My only complaint is that it was advertised as a Spanish-language tour, but it turned out to be bilingual. This resulted in a lot of wasted time and explanations that were often out of sync.★

The meeting point was difficult to find. As a result, we arrived late, but luckily we were able to join the tour an hour later. The correct meeting point is at the Ritz Hotel, about 5-10 minutes away from the posted location. The tour itself was good. Our guide told us a lot of interesting information about London, some of which was new to us.★
