Host Introduction
Hello, I am sanxia/rabbit, the food host of Eatwith in Beijing. I am a 80s vegetarian food experience expert. I like to cook all kinds of food. I am a vegetarian for environmental protection (not a belief). I have my own biological company in Beijing and run a B&B part-time. I like to use my free time to do meaningful things.
I have loved the kitchen since I was a child, and it was my original intention to start a vegan sharing experience. I hope that through the vegan experience, I can meet more vegetarians from all over the world who love veganism like me, and learn and share our own vegan experiences and stories together.
Experience Introduction
As a northerner who loves noodles, how can I not know how to make different kinds of noodles?
In modern life, we who live in big cities often buy various pasta made by machines. Almost no young people know how to make them, such as chewy and smooth hand-rolled noodles, various fancy buns, dumplings and fried boxes. In our experience, Tuzi will teach eatwith partners step by step how to make traditional Chinese pasta.
If you are also a noodle lover, and want to try to explore and learn how to make handmade noodles by yourself, and meet more friends who love noodles from all over the world, and talk and communicate with them, you are welcome to join and experience my cooking sharing.
Venue Introduction
From the vegetable market to the kitchen, we sincerely invite you to our home. This warm and lively place can always produce delicious food.
Experience process
We can communicate in advance about the type of pasta you want to try (choose one of the types of pasta mentioned in the introduction), or if you want to try other pasta, as long as I can make it, I will try my best to satisfy you.
Whether you take the subway or a taxi, I will personally pick you up at the subway entrance or the door. You will go directly to my home to participate in the experience. It doesn't matter whether you can cook or not. As long as you are interested in pasta and have a heart and stomach for food, it will be fine.
1. Come to my house around 11 o'clock for lunch (around 5 o'clock for dinner).
2. If you are interested or have enough time, I will take you to the local morning and evening markets to buy fresh cooking ingredients. You can also learn and exchange food culture with local villagers.
2. I lead everyone to participate in an in-depth experience of all the details (showing guests the secrets of pasta without reservation).
