How to use
Please make your way to the departure point at the entrance to the parking bay of the Residence. Please arrive 15 minutes before the activity starts. Please show your QR code (printed out or on your smartphone) at the on-site sale stand in order to exchange your online voucher for a valid ticket with the corresponding coffee voucher.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

- Free choice of seats, no pre-booking of neighbouring seats possible
