This is a self-guided experience and not an entrance ticket. It begins at the GPS-marked starting point at Clingmans Dome Trailhead Parking, Clingmans Dome Trail, Bryson City, NC 28713, USA. Before starting your tour, download the tour operator's app, enter your unique password, and download your tour. Please ensure you have a good data or Wi-Fi connection for these steps. Once you're set up, simply follow the audio instructions and route provided.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
