Bought the pass for both arrival and departure at Hanoi. Heard that arrival usually takes up to 2hrs but it was alright when I arrived but departure queues were wayyyyyy too long even up till security checks. I'm so glad I got this pass to skip all the queues.

This service proved very useful at Ho Chi Minh City Airport. Without it, the wait in line in January 2026 at 10:00 PM was 1.5 hours. With a service agent, security took about 15 minutes. We contacted a company representative via Line, went to the designated meeting point, and showed them our boarding pass. They then led us to a special security line, where there was no line at all. The representative doesn't accompany us to the second part of security; they simply point us to the appropriate line. It's a very convenient service that saves a lot of time. One downside: we asked to be contacted via WhatsApp, but the company didn't do so, instead communicating via Line. This can be confusing, so I recommend contacting Line yourself after purchasing the service. The company's Line contact information will be displayed in the information after purchase.

Greta service. Staff member was already waiting for us when we arrived at the immigration hall. She took us to the “VIP” lane, which was empty: we cleared the passaport check in literally 5 minutes. To be honest, the regular qeue wasn’t that bad but we still saved at least 30-40 minutes.

I booked a VIP tour this time, and the itinerary was very packed, with five or six boat trips in total, making it a fairly in-depth tour. The Mekong River didn't look very clear; the water was quite yellow and covered with water hyacinths, but there was no unpleasant odor. The island had many plants (various fruits) and animals (pythons, crocodiles, catfish, etc.), and the guide led the tour, providing very enthusiastic explanations. At the narrow section of the river where boats were manually rowed, the guide mentioned that a tip was expected for the rowers. Before the tour ended, the guide suggested that if we were satisfied with the trip, we could also tip him; I felt I had to give him something, otherwise I'd feel awkward.

W definitely enjoyed. Perhaps the itinerary was too ambitious and had to go fast in each stop. Kelvin did a great job and his energy and passion were palpable. Very pleased on his service! Confirmation through Mie was easy and fast. We would definitely recommend this trip.


