The average wait time for immigration in Vietnam is over an hour, which is always a hassle, but upon arrival, I was met by a staff member holding a sign and was directed straight to a dedicated line. Immigration was incredibly quick, taking less than 5-10 minutes, and the staff were friendly and helpful, guiding me step by step. We booked a fast track pass the day before arriving in Vietnam while sitting at the airport. Vietnam's immigration process is notorious for taking a long time, so my boyfriend and I made a reservation because we didn't want to waste time at the airport. I'm usually the type who struggles with things like this, but as soon as we got off the plane, an employee was holding a sign, so we knew where to go right away. Haha. Immigrants processing itself only took about 5 minutes. We even had to wait less than 10 minutes to get through immigration, but when I saw the other passengers on my flight already lining up, I was glad I made the right reservation. I'll definitely book this next time I'm in Vietnam!

W definitely enjoyed. Perhaps the itinerary was too ambitious and had to go fast in each stop. Kelvin did a great job and his energy and passion were palpable. Very pleased on his service! Confirmation through Mie was easy and fast. We would definitely recommend this trip.

I booked a VIP tour this time, and the itinerary was very packed, with five or six boat trips in total, making it a fairly in-depth tour. The Mekong River didn't look very clear; the water was quite yellow and covered with water hyacinths, but there was no unpleasant odor. The island had many plants (various fruits) and animals (pythons, crocodiles, catfish, etc.), and the guide led the tour, providing very enthusiastic explanations. At the narrow section of the river where boats were manually rowed, the guide mentioned that a tip was expected for the rowers. Before the tour ended, the guide suggested that if we were satisfied with the trip, we could also tip him; I felt I had to give him something, otherwise I'd feel awkward.


