An incredible tour that allowed us to really get to know Ghent and Bruges (otherwise we wouldn't have known them so well). The guide (Andrea) was top-notch, friendly and knowledgeable about the history of both places we visited – a real plus on this tour. And she didn't fail to recommend places in the areas to visit during our free time. A very, very good experience! I recommend it.★

We took the trip today and our tour guide was Veronica. She was really lovely and very knowledgeable. The bus ride was very comfortable to both stops and we got plenty of free time to walk around, see the historic sites, and do some shopping. We really enjoyed it and would highly recommend.★

Everything was great. The collection of €1 was not as smooth as intended to be because some people didn’t pay and the guide needed to pay himself. I believe that the tour price can be increased by €1 to include the cost for the headphones. Thanks.
