How to use
The cruise departs from the Eminönü TURYOL Port and returns to the same location. Conveniently accessible via the T1 Tram Line from Eminönü Station, the port is situated directly across from the Spice Bazaar, located on the inner side of the Galata Bridge.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

- You will receive instructions for how to download the audio guide app on your voucher after booking
- Do not forget to bring your headphones
- Since traffic is very heavy in the city, it is recommended to take public transportation to reach the meeting point
