Hotel pickup service from Hurghada is included. Please provide your hotel information, email, and phone number at checkout, and confirm pickup place and time directly with the local partner. You can find their contact information in the voucher after booking.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Please note that you'll gain access to the pyramids area, but the entrance fees to get inside the pyramids (Cheops, Mykerinos or Kefren) are not included. The tickets available are limited and must be purchased on site, so access is not guaranteed. The adult entrance fee for the Cheops Great Pyramid is around EGP 900 and EGP 450 for children under 12. The adult entrance fee for Mykerinos or Kefren is around EGP 220 and EGP 110 for children under 12
At the museum, personal cameras without flash are allowed for an additional fee which is currently around EGP 50. Please note that this is subject to change without prior notice

Please note that the tour will be led in English if the minimum number of people for the tour in the other languages is not met
Infants (age 0-1) can join for free
If possible, you may want to arrange a take-away breakfast box and late dinner with your hotel reception before the tour date
