Damian took us on a fascinating walking tour of just over a mile stopping at countless Art Deco hotels, restaurants, and buildings pointing out the architectural nuances of each building, their background, and what makes them unique.
Damian has such deep knowledge and passion for what he does that he can offer a variety of subject tours to this area in which he lives and loves.
We’ve been coming to South Beach for years, but I wish I had taken this tours years ago as only now do I realize what I have been missing. I couldn’t recommend this tour or Damian more highly.
Thank you for a wonderful experience and we’ll definitely be back. We live in South Florida and when we have visitors who wish to see South Beach and learn its history, we’ll take this tour again.★

Damian is an excellent tour guide. He is very organized, knowledgeable and friendly. The tour started promptly and we were immediately whisked into history from the rooftop at The Betsy Ross. It was a pure joy to spend my morning learning about the art deco and mid-century modern architecture of South Beach from its humble beginnings to the South Beach of today.
