Our family of 4 absolutely loved our daytrip to the Welsh countryside with Gareth. His amazing and broad knowledge even kept our 14 year old son captivated and off his phone! Gareth was incredibly accommodating from pick up points beforehand through to varying options throughout the day. The pre-trip consultation with the supplier went smoothly. They were able to customize the time and pick-up location and answered all my questions about the itinerary. The customer service was excellent. I booked a regular sedan for three adults, but a large, new, and clean car arrived on the day of the trip, making the entire journey very comfortable. Although the driver couldn't communicate in English, translation software was sufficient. You need to manage your driving time when entering the Safari area; you can also choose to schedule it later. The park is very large, and with young children, time might be a little insufficient. You can always come back or add more time.★

The meeting point was right by the Starbucks at the east-shiroku exit of Hakata Station, and we departed right on time. Some tourists overslept and didn't even wait. They were very punctual.
The bus was in excellent condition, with plenty of air conditioning. The guide was very welcoming.
Kumamoto Castle and Mount Aso were both great. Despite the heat, Kumamoto Castle was worth visiting; it's air-conditioned and offers a panoramic view from above. There were also many delicious dishes on the first floor. The horse meat fried cakes were delicious, and the limited-edition watermelon soda was very quenching.
Due to Mount Aso's active season, we couldn't get the bus to our nearest viewing location, which was a shame.
The ice cream on the mountain was delicious and worth trying. The set lunch menu was also good, though a bit pricey up there. The air was nice, and walking on the grass was much cooler than at the foot of the mountain.
