How to use
Pickup service is provided from selected bus stops along the Queenstown pickup route. In the calendar, please choose the closest bus stop to your hotel when booking. Please arrive at your pickup point at least 5 minutes before the departure time.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
Important note

Know in advance:

  • Food and beverages are available for purchase throughout the cruise
  • Infants travelling on the coach are required to be in an infant car seat
  • Please confirm the pickup details directly with the local operator at least 15 hours in advance by phone with the contact details on your voucher

  • It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes, warm clothing, and to bring your camera
