How to use

1. Print your e-voucher and bring the printed copy to one of the ticket redemption points to exchange for your Helsinki region physical card (details with images)

(1) Stockmann, Service Point 8th floor, Address: Aleksanterinkatu 52, 00100 Helsinki, Opening hours: 10:00 AM–8:00 PM (Monday–Friday); 10:00 AM–7:00 PM (Saturday); 12:00 PM–6:00 PM (Sunday)

(2) Excess Baggage Airport Services, address: Lentoasemantie 1, 01530 Vantaa, opening hours: 6:00 AM–10:00 PM (Monday–Sunday)

(3) Panorama Sightseeing bus tour (tickets must be exchanged 15 minutes before departure), address: Fabianinkatu, 00130 Helsinki, opening hours: Oct 1–Dec 31, departures at 11:00 AM (daily) and 1:30 PM (Saturdays) (no service on Dec 24, 2024)

2. When you start using the Helsinki region card, write the time (day, month, time) on the back of the card.

3. Free admission to attractions: Present your physical card to the ticket staff or at the ticket office when entering museums or attractions.

4. Present your Helsinki Card when ordering at restaurants or entering discount programs.

5. When boarding a bus or entering the subway/Suomenlinna ferry, always present your Helsinki regional card to the blue card reader (no need to press any buttons) until it beeps. (Card readers are located inside buses, trains, and trams. For the subway and Suomenlinna ferry, card readers are at the entrance to the platform area.)

6. Choose from 24-hour, 48-hour, or 72-hour options. For example: If you purchase a 24-hour package for travel on January 1, 2025 and first activate it at 2:00 PM on January 1, 2025, your usage will end at 2:00 PM on January 2, 2025. (Other package durations follow the same principle.)
