Please meet your guide in front of the D. João I statue in Praça da Figueira. Drop-off will be at Marquês de Pombal Square.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

Extra fees to be paid on-site:
- Pickup service is available for an extra cost (15 euros) that can be paid on the day of the tour in cash or card, please contact the local operator if you're interested. You'll find their phone number on your voucher
Know in advance:
- The maximum number of participants is 8
- Your ticket includes the entrance fee and guided visit at Chapel of the Bones and the entrance fee at CITA (Arraiolos Carpet Museum). If you would like to visit other monuments in your free time, please note that these will be at your own expense
