Install the free NS app to load your e-ticket(s)
After booking confirmation, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to your mobile ticket.
Click the link in the email to go to the "My Tickets" page. Tap the "Load in NS app" button to add your e-ticket to the app.
When at stations with closed round-trip gates, you can show your e-ticket in the NS app or use a printed version. To open the boarding gate, hold the square code on your e-ticket near the illuminated reader.
If you can present the e-ticket in the NS app or as a printed copy, then the e-ticket is a valid ticket. Displaying the e-ticket as a screenshot on your phone is not a valid ticket.
E-tickets are personal and non-transferable, and are only valid with proof of identity
