Rainy Season Sailing Reminder
Thailand has a typical tropical climate, with the rainy season lasting from May to late October each year. Boat trips are easily affected by weather conditions. For safety reasons, whether Lanmao's boats can set sail strictly follows the weather warnings issued by maritime authorities. If sailing conditions are not met, Lanmao will proactively cancel the trip and issue a full refund or contact you to reschedule, without forcing the departure.
The sea trip is long in duration and far in distance, requiring higher physical fitness. For your safety, Lanmao strictly prohibits individuals with heart disease, high blood pressure, osteoporosis, cervical or spinal diseases, those who have undergone surgery, pregnant women, seniors over 60, or those with other conditions unsuitable for sea travel from participating. Even guests who meet the sea travel conditions must carefully assess their health status and physical condition on the day of travel before deciding to participate. Do not conceal any health issues. Travel involves risks, and sea travel requires caution!
Booking Process: Before making a booking, please contact our online customer support to confirm product availability. Request the customer support to provide the Lanmao booking website link to fill in your travel information. Please provide a domestic mobile number before payment. If you have a local phone number, please enter it in the alternate contact number field to ensure smooth communication.
Booking successful: The itinerary confirmation letter and travel agreement will be sent to the provided email address. Please review them carefully. The booking is only confirmed upon receiving the confirmation letter in your email attachment. Kindly verify the travel details on the confirmation letter again. If you proceed with the booking without contacting customer support to check availability, we regret that arrangements cannot be made.
Cancellation & change policy: Once your itinerary is booked, you must proactively contact Lazy Cat's online customer support to confirm any cancellations or date changes. Silent refund requests cannot be processed.
Strictly prohibited from going to sea: Individuals with heart disease, high blood pressure, osteoporosis, cervical or spinal conditions, those who have undergone surgery, pregnant women, seniors over 60, or those with other conditions unsuitable for sea travel are strictly prohibited from participating. If such conditions are concealed, the guest will be solely responsible for any property damage or personal injury costs incurred. The itinerary will be terminated without refund, and transportation back to the hotel will be at the guest's expense. Safety comes first—do not take risks.
Physical Restrictions: For health and safety considerations, special activities such as water sports, SPA, flying experiences, ATV (off-road vehicles), skydiving, deep diving, and rafting have certain requirements regarding age, height, weight, and physical condition. Please consult customer support in advance to confirm your physical condition meets the requirements before placing a booking to avoid unnecessary losses.
