1. After placing the order, the driver/guide will contact you the day before your trip to keep the phone open. 2. If you do not have a domestic phone number, you can place an order and contact customer service for other contact information. Our housekeeper and tour guide will contact you as soon as possible. 3. The departure time can be determined according to your desire to leave. Just inform the driver. 4. Tickets will be purchased for you. Please bring your corresponding ID card. 5. Change & cancellation policies

A fee of 100% will be charged for cancellations requested before 23:59 on the day of date of use.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
