Eligibility

Adult: Age 13 to 80

Child: Age 1 to 12

Children riding the submarine must be at least 36 inches (91.5cm) tall and must be 12 years old or younger.

How to use

Please refer to the confirmation for the meeting time and location

On the day of travel, please go to the agreed location to meet up before the agreed time (recommended 30 minutes in advance) with the reserved traveler name + passport + electronic confirmation slip

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 3 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Important note

Each guest needs to enter and exit the submarine independently via an 11-step nearly vertical ladder.

For safety reasons, minors under 18 years old must be accompanied by at least one adult traveler

Children riding on the submarine must be at least 91.5cm tall and must not be older than 12 years old.
