Pick-up and drop-off were punctual, and the itinerary was well-organized. Afternoon tea and dinner were delicious, especially the local specialties, which left a lasting impression. The most unforgettable experience was seeing the proboscis monkeys on the riverbank; they were lively, fun, and incredibly cute. The fireflies at night were breathtaking—the entire forest seemed to be lit up by stars, a dreamlike and magical experience! The guide was also very professional and friendly, providing engaging explanations and patiently answering our questions. Overall, it was a journey full of surprises, and I highly recommend it! It will definitely be an unforgettable memory. Kota Kinabalu Kawa-Kawa River Cruise: Everything on this tour went smoothly! The transfer was punctual, and the itinerary was well-organized. The hi-tea and dinner provided were delicious, especially the local flavors which left a deep impression. Had a great island hopping experience. The pickup was punctual and everything ran smoothly right on schedule, which made the whole day stress free. Our guide, Mr Ah Hong, was wonderful, patient and very considerate, especially with my mom who had some difficulty walking and getting onto the boats. He made sure she was safe and comfortable the whole time, which I really appreciated. The food was average, but overall the trip was enjoyable and well organised.

Ordered the trip via trip.com and the driver arrived at a different hotel. No one called, no one answered our calls. Fortunately, the trip.com assisted with solving the issue pretty well and we went on this trip on a different day. The guide, Ken, was a lot of fun. The trip itself was interesting despite the long distances. We bought yogurt and cheese on the farm, tasted good. The lunch was good.

Unfortunately, it rained a few days ago and I couldn't go to Huantan Island and Mermaid Island.
