The card was a huge help during our three-day transit. Public transportation is well-developed and convenient, and with unlimited rides, it was a pleasure to travel around the city.

Fast and easy booking on Trip but the extra surcharges see not reflected in the final price, has to pay $11 extra per pax on tickets collection. Had a bit of glitch during tickets collection, Batam Fast claimed payment was not received from Trip so we had to wait while they call and check. Took about 45mins to resolve payment issue, good thing we were at ticket office 1 hour beforehand. So a word of caution for those who purchase ferry tickets on Trip, go early to collect. Ferry fast and smooth, seats ok, aircon a bit weak in cabin.

The toast box was surprisingly delicious. The coffee was bigger than my cup of coffee. Redeeming the voucher was easy; just tell them it was from trip.com. I redeemed it at IMM Mall while shopping at the outlet, and the staff were very understanding of how to use the voucher.

We had a wonderful food tour with Sharon, right off the plane and to our foodie tour lunch we went! Sharon was so sweet, knowledgeable and shared so much food and Singapore history with us. This tour was extremely flexible and we communicated with Sharon leading up to our tour to talk about our preferences, meeting point, etc. She shared tips for the day (weather prep, etc.) and even helped answer some of our general Singapore transportation questions for our meeting point. In terms of food, we consider ourselves foodies and we were able to sample Chinatown and Little India on our tour (our preferences) — both were amazing cultural experiences. We also really wanted to see street/wall murals and we sprinkled those in throughout our walk. Sharon was creative and selected cultural/Singapore must-try food, as well as her own favorites; she selected dishes and things we would have never tried otherwise. We also sampled some Singapore versions of our favorites — coffee, tea, etc. Thanks for a great tour! Highly recommend.

The cabin environment was impeccable—very clean, tidy, and comfortable. However, it's true that some people vomit when the waves are rough, which is quite normal. My travel companion vomited too.
