How to use

After your booking is confirmed, we will send the electronic confirmation to your email. Please check your email and the attached confirmation. On the day of participation, please proceed to the meeting point on your own and present the electronic confirmation at the ticket redemption counter at the pier to complete the boarding procedures.

Please arrive at the arrival pier 30 minutes in advance: Cultural Centre Pontoon (in front of the Queensland State Library)

Cruise check-in is 15 minutes in advance.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 3 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Important note

No hotel transfer. Guests need to make their own way to the cruise departure point.

Boat tickets must be used on the same day.

The ship is wheelchair accessible, but there are 28 steps to disembark to the Longbai area.
