The sleeper bus exceeded my expectations 🚌✨ The staff were attentive and helpful throughout. This trip was incredibly comfortable because they picked me up from my accommodation on the way to Sapa and dropped me off back at Hanoi's Old Quarter on the return trip. So convenient! I didn't have to worry about transportation at all. I was very impressed ❤️★

The seats were spacious, but the driving was rough and it was hard to fall asleep. The air conditioning worked well, so it's a good idea to bring a jacket. There were complaints about crickets in the lower berths, so I recommend reserving an upper berth. Note that there are no toilets.★
