Mr. Ma was very polite; it was the first time I'd encountered such a courteous driver and tour guide. He also took us to our destination on time. Jiuzhaigou is truly beautiful, a must-see destination in one's lifetime. Unfortunately, it was during the first spring and autumn holidays combined with a Sunday, so it was incredibly crowded. We walked slowly but weren't very tired. The weather was cold, only -5 degrees Celsius in the morning and below 8 degrees Celsius at noon. But the cold weather couldn't deter people from pursuing the beautiful scenery. The day trip was tiring, but worth the trip. The only downside was that Songpan Station was too small. On the return trip, a bunch of people were sitting on the floor inside the station, and there were 30-40 people queuing for the women's restroom.

The tour guide is the key. I was fortunate to meet Rong Yiman tour guide in Chengdu. The explanation of the language is witty and humorous, and the professionalism is strong. The explanation of Du Gong's life is in-depth and shallow, so that the historical picture of thousands of years ago is slowly unfolded in our minds. Overall awesome, good service, great experience, high cost performance! This tour has benefited a lot! Sincerely thank Rong Yiman tour guide!

Fantastic short tour - pick up bang on time, tour leader Barry very informative, clear and funny, his English was perfect. Although he warned us that there is no guarantee that we will see lots of pandas we were lucky and saw lots of very active pandas, including ones that were still very young and were playing with their mums.The tour only visits about half of the site but with limited time in Chengdu this was more than enough. We probably had about 2 hours on site in total but Barry knew shortcuts to help us get around quickly. Highly recommended!


