I only planned to travel within Taipei and would only be using the MRT, not venturing far. So I bought a 72-hour MRT pass, and I have to say it was incredibly worthwhile. Easy and useful. Cheaper if you takes more than 3 hsr rides and stay in one place more than 2 days because you can select one of 48 hours of unlimited metro rides. A bit disappointed because we can't get 300twd uber code and we didn't use e-sim.
